INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter [I used Reese’s Creamy Peanut Butter]
- ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 large Egg

STEP 1-4
STEP 1: Gather and Prep all of the ingredients. For the peanut butter, you may use your favorite.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper, wax paper, or a silicone baking mat.
STEP 2: In a medium bowl, combine the sugar and egg.
STEP 3: Blend well with a handheld mixer. Mix for about 2 minutes, or until it’s creamy.
STEP 4: Add the peanut butter, and blend using a handheld mixer for two minutes, scrape the bowl with a spatula as needed.

STEP 6: Using an ice-cream scoop or tablespoon, scoop the peanut butter dough and place onto the cookie sheet.
I use an ice-cream scoop to create equal servings. Each serving of cookie dough averages 2X2 inches on the cookie sheet.
STEP 7: Press the dough ball with a fork vertically, shown above.
STEP 8: Then, again press the cookie with the fork horizontally, shown above.

Ensure the cookies are cooled completely before transporting them to a plate, container, or cooling rack.
HOW DO I STORE THE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES?
You can store the Peanut Butter cookies in a sealed food safe container or a plastic baggie. They can be refrigerated or not.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone cookie liner. In a medium bowl, combine the sugar and egg, and mix well for 2 minutes with a hand mixer on low, or wire whisk.
- Add the peanut butter to the mixture. Using a hand mixer, mix well for about 2 minutes. Make cookie dough balls. I used an ice-cream scoop to ensure equal cookie size throughout.
- Place each cookie dough ball onto the cookie sheet two inches apart. Gently press the cookie with a fork vertically, then again horizontally to flatten each cookie.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Cool for 5 minutes, enjoy!
