Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F, Line a cookie sheet with wax paper or a silicone liner.
Remove the biscuits from the container and roll out each biscuit dough into a circle. About the size of your hand, or 6 inches by 6 inches. Flour was not needed to prevent dough from sticking to the surface.
Place half of the cheese slice onto one of the rolled biscuits. Layer 2 turkey slices and 2 ham slices over the cheese and biscuit dough.
To form the pocket, using your fingertips, start from one edge of the dough, and roll into a pocket.
Pinch and tuck under each end of the pockets, repeat.
Place each pocket onto the cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven, let cool for several minutes. Enjoy!
Notes
*Tips:
If you choose to use a whole slice of cheese for one pocket, the cheese will ooze out of the sides. Ensure the pocket ends are completed closed.
You may also add condiments or ranch to add more flavor or dip them into a dipping sauce.
