Together, my grand-daughter and I made delicious homemade spicy banana bread over the weekend! The aroma from the baking banana bread and the spices filled the entire house.
The spicy banana bread was so yummy with every warm moist bite and the cream cheese drizzle topped with pecans was magnificent!
It went perfectly with the spices in the banana bread. We had plenty of the creamy drizzle leftover to use for dipping cookies with.
It was that good! 🙂
My grand-daughter Joz and I had such a fun time baking together, it was so special to me. When she grows up, I do hope she’ll remember the times that we spent baking together.
Earlier, my husband and Joz went for a walk since it was so nice outside. She returned with a single flower just for me. Simple things like that brighten up my day.
I told her I would include her flower in our spicy banana bread recipe and post it on my blog. It’s down below.
Isn’t it so pretty? I just love it! And, she picked the root out perfectly.
I want to dedicate this post to my precious Joz! Mee Mee loves you!
