Ingredients
1¾CupAll-Purpose Flour
¾CupBrown Sugar
½tspSalt
2tspBaking Powder
1½tspGround Cinnamon
½tspNutmeg
¼tspCloves
¼tspFresh Ginger minced
4Ripe Bananas mashed
2largeeggs
½CupVegetable Oil
1TBSPVanilla Extract
½CupChopped Pecans*optional
Cream Cheese Drizzle
4ozCream Cheese
2TBSPButter softened
1½CupsSifted Powdered Sugar
1tspVanilla Extract
3TBSPmilk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F
Grease and flour baking bread pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, add the brown sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla. Mix well
Pour in the mashed bananas and mix until well combined. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and salt. Mix well.
Stir in the wet mixture into the flour mixture until all of the flour is absorbed and mix well for about 1-2 minutes. *Optional; Stir in pecans.
Pour mixture into a bread pan and bake at 350° F for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a cooling rack for 5-10 minutes before removing from the pan.
Cream Cheese Drizzle
In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and milk. Mix well.
Slowly add in the powdered sugar to the mixture and mix well to your desired consistency.
Spoon onto the top of the banana bread. Use the rest for dipping. Top with pecans. Enjoy!

You can store the banana bread in a food-safe container with a lid and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
