In a bowl, combine ginger, garlic, miso, sesame oil, miren, honey and tamari sauce. Mix well.
Cut orange in half and squeeze juice from both halves into the mixture. Stir well.
Place the salmon and marinade into a baggie and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat oven 375 F.
Grease baking dish with cooking oil.
Place salmon in dish and place in oven for 15 minutes, uncovered.
Dispose of leftover marinade.
Broil at 500 degrees for 5 minutes.

TIP: If you choose to leave the skin on the salmon, to help prevent sticking, place sliced circled lemons or oranges in pan, then place the salmon on top before baking.
