Instructions
Heat olive oil on medium in a large 8-10 quart cooking pot for one minute.
Saute' diced onion and garlic until onion is translucent.
Add beef. Finely break up beef with a wooden spoon or spatula.
Continue stirring until beef is well done.
Add Mortons Season All seasoning, onion salt, garlic powder and chili powder. Mix well.
Add Kidney beans, pinto beans and black beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and green chilies and water.
Add more water for desired consistency. Optional.
Bring to a full boil on medium high heat.
Reduce heat to simmer and cover.
For quick chili, simmer for 30 minutes, remove from heat, let sit 5 minutes.
For best results, simmer for 1-2 hours, remove from heat, let sit 5 minutes.
For ultimate results, simmer for 1 hour, cool, store in refrigerator overnight and serve next day. [My favorite]
Serve, top with cheese and pepper.
Pour on a hand full of fritos.
Enjoy!
